Hello! I'm Chris Plesent
I’m Chris a Mexican-American photographer based in Osaka for over 10 years.
I photograph travelers, couples, and solo adventurers who want photos that feel natural, stylish, and true to their experience in Japan.
Think of it less like a traditional photoshoot and more like exploring Japan with a local friend who knows the best neighborhoods, cafés, backstreets, and hidden spots.

We had two sessions with Chris, our engagement photos and also a evening in Namba. Both were an absolute joy to be a part of we both felt at ease with Chris and his creativity was incredible. Super easy to talk and to and work out what would be best for what we wanted. But what matters most is the final outcome and the photos were incredible, we could not have been happier and would recommend to anyone travelling from overseas to Japan who would like an incredible photographer! 6/5 stars.

Chris was very sweet super in tune with the Japanese culture - speaks fluent english very well and can show you some cool spots around Kyoto and Osaka with memories to last a lifetime. He takes direction well
